i'm brian flores. dave clark is off. it's tuesday, december 25th. >>> ktvu was first on the scene of a south bay fryer that through to -- fire that grew to three alarms. janine de la vega is live with more. >> reporter: firefighters are on the scene mopping up. they are inside this commercial building putting out hot spots. this is an industrial area close to the los gatos border. it's not near residential homes. let's go to video. this was taken earlier this morning, where you can see flames shooting up from the roof as high as 15 feet in the air. two aerial ladders were used to spray water on the flames. firefighters believe no one was inside. but it appears two businesses were run out of the building with one suffering the brunt of the damage. >> i did a lap around the building and it looks like the back half of the building here is burned completely. the roof is gone. all of the property inside is gone, too. it looked like it was some sort of manufacturing, maybe a battery, electric-type vehicle operation. not sure a
